心心念念的 “玩转PDF系列教程”终于等到了第二期（原谅我最近实在是太忙了，拖了这么久才发）。
上一期我们谈了怎么找中文教材，并且推出了“电子教材计划”。后台的反馈挺好的，但是收藏率远远高于分享率…你们不知道好东西值得分享嘛🙄🙄🙄
好了，回到正题。虽然中文教材已经能够满足多数人的需求了，而且阅读起来也相对容易。但是在某些学科，当你阅读了英文的教材之后，再对比一下国内的教材，你就会发现差距还是很明显的。排除翻译等因素，国内教材和国外教材的逻辑结构、指导思想、可读性都会有较大的差异。
当然，每个人喜好不同，选择自己合适的就是了。但国外一本普通教材可能随随便便就破千，多选几本书的话轻松小一万就没了。如何找到英文电子教材就成为了我们不得不面对的事情。（当然，我个人非常鼓励大家有能力了之后去买正版，不要竭泽而渔）

一 英文电子教材背景介绍 与中文教材不同，英文教材的电子化程度很高。它们大多由源文档直接输出，体积小、质量高。而中文电子教材大多是成书扫描影印得来，体积大，不利于检索。
二者来源不同，所以检索的思路也有所差异。
英文教材通常在专门的电子书资源网站才能有较好的检索效果。这个时候采用 Google 这类通用搜索引擎反而不是上上之选了。
PS：找到 Word、mobi、Epub、格式的教材也可以通过相关软件转换成 PDF，具体方法可以参考mobi / epub / azw3 书籍格式分不清楚？
